The Waterville 360 System

The Waterville 360 feedback tool helps clients become more aware of how effectively they are using their personal characteristics and competencies to achieve their goals.

While a 360 tool alone may not be an indicator of actual performance, it is a starting point for a discussion about how people perceive our behavior at work, about any development opportunities we might have, and about our leadership abilities and challenges. Through a careful and sensitive debriefing process led by a certified Waterville 360 consultant, clients use the rich and insightful information gathered in the Waterville 360 system to help them become more aware of differences between their perceptions of themselves and how they appear to others.

The Waterville 360 Debrief process points the way for the individual to map out a personal continuous improvement plan so visible behaviors match internal intentions enabling corporate decision-makers to navigate the dynamic waters of cross-border growth.
